By accessing or using IntelliInbox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
IntelliInbox is an AI-powered email reply tool that connects to your Gmail account to help you respond to client inquiries faster. We generate draft replies using AI which you review and approve before sending.
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use IntelliInbox. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under your account.
IntelliInbox offers a free trial with 5 AI replies, a Starter plan at $29/month with 100 replies, and a Pro plan at $79/month with unlimited replies. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Reply counts reset on your billing date each month.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
IntelliInbox requires access to your Gmail account to read unread emails and send replies on your behalf. We only access emails you explicitly choose to process. You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings.
You agree not to use IntelliInbox for spam, harassment, illegal activities, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
IntelliInbox and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by IntelliInbox and are protected by intellectual property laws.
IntelliInbox is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated replies will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.
IntelliInbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
