IntelliInbox is an AI-powered email reply tool for small businesses. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal data.
We collect your email address when you sign in with Google. We temporarily access your Gmail inbox to read unread emails and send replies on your behalf. We store your business profile information (name, business name, description, tone preference) to personalise AI replies.
Your email content is processed solely to generate AI draft replies. We do not sell, share, or use your email content for any other purpose. Email content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for reply generation and is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
IntelliInbox requests access to your Gmail account to read unread emails and send replies. We only access emails you explicitly choose to reply to. You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings.
We store only what is necessary: your email address, business profile, subscription status, and a record of emails you have explicitly replied to. All email content — including incoming messages and replies — is encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before being stored in our database. This means even we cannot read your email content without the encryption key, which is never stored alongside the data.
We use Google OAuth for authentication, Anthropic Claude API for AI reply generation, Supabase for database storage, and Paddle for payment processing. Each service has its own privacy policy.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. You can revoke Gmail access through your Google account at any time.
